Chris Belli is my hero! It was early Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I was cooking up a storm for company and was not pleased that my sink food disposal was not working. I left a message with Belli Plumbing expecting to receive a return call on Tuesday morning after the holiday. Within minutes, the owner, Chris Belli, returned my call. Chris transformed me into a plumber in training. He meticulously asked me various questions to describe my malfunctioning disposal. Then he said go get a broom. My reply was, "how is a broom going to solve my problem?" Chris cleverly had me use the handle of the broom to force the mechanism of the disposal to turn, a dime popped out, and once again the disposal was working. Throughout the years Chris and his team have provided exceptional service. I should not be surprised that Chris would promptly return my call on a holiday weekend.
